This room is $1050 a month plus $50 for utilities, There is a $1500 refundable deposit for ant damages to the unit. The room is available from August 1st until September 2018, you will be singing onto a lease. The room has a deep closet (2ft). You can easily fit a full bed with room for a desk and or dresser. There is a live in super and 24hr security cameras all over the building. The building also has and elevator. Its a short walk from the building to the 1 train on 145th or the A/C D/B on 145 also. I am available after 5 during the week to show the apartment. You will have to be approved by the building management to move into the unit( 40x times the rent or a grantor(s) who make 80x the rent).
