This apartment is a three (3) bedroom, two (2) bathroom apartment in a third floor walk-up of a beautiful private house. There are 2 private bedrooms available for rent (below is a description of each). The third bedroom is occupied by me. The common areas are fully furnished.
BEDROOM #1:
Small Unfurnished Bedroom + Private Bathroom
- Smallest bedroom in the house, but in exchange you have your own full bathroom/shower - Two spacious closets - Fits full-sized bed - Fits small dresser - Large window - Space for air conditioner built into the wall
BEDROOM #2:
Large Unfurnished Bedroom + Share Bathroom w/ one other person (Me)
- Fits full side and queen size beds - One large window - large closet- share bathroom -- one spacious closet -- Large window - Space for air conditioner built into the wall
RENT
- Rent $1,075 per bedroom. and Cable are included. Con-Ed is additional- split 3 ways.
- If interested, will need credit report, proof of employment ( pay stub or offer letter). One month rent and one month security required.
- No nonsense rule, rent must be paid on time otherwise I am easy going.
- No Drugs, No couples, No pets
